Treadmills can be used for jogging in the home gym. Now you do not need to go for jogging because you can do the same in your own home gym by using the treadmills. It will give the same result with the treadmills. And also some people have busy routine and therefore do not get much time for the jogging and exercise in the local gym and therefore home gym is very important to those people.
