This blog has been listed in Google directory. It may provide some clues on how your websites can be listed to the Google directory. It is very tough to get listed in Google directory and also Google does not accept blogs and websites which do not have enough privilege. I submitted this blog to the Google free directory about a year before. But in this recent update this blog has been listed to the Google directory. Also it may help your blog or website to get higher PR or at least maintain their PR if they get listed on Google directory.
I registered this domain about one and half years before but at that time I didn’t know that it was once a website of an organization. It was a very informative website for Michigan but I registered it. And also it has many backlinks from authorized websites. Therefore, Google listed my blog on their directory. The points in the whole story are:
1. We should try to get backlinks from the authorized websites.
2. Sometimes we can try old domains also.
3. You may use the technique like installing hacker safe and other security service in your website.
